VACATION HOME DESCRIPTION
This vacation rental by owner is resort-style living at its finest! This new home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a very large kitchen that is open to the great room. Private patio provides a beautiful view of the mountain in the backyard and the majesty of the Saguaro cactus. Fully furnished in southwestern style, the leather sofa and two large leather chairs provide cozy comfort as you enjoy great conversation and the entertainment center. The beautiful handmade hutch, dining table, and six chairs invite casual to formal dining. The large master bedroom with king-size bed has a seating area and an armoire with large TV. The walk-in closet off the master bathroom offers plenty of space for your clothes and suitcases. The 2nd bedroom can be furnished with either a daybed or a set of twin beds. Ceiling fans in all rooms. EVERYTHING you need is here!

THE SOLERA COMMUNITY
Solera at Johnson Ranch is a new Del Webb active adult 55+ gated community offering resort-style living in a beautiful desert setting. The views of the San Tan and the Superstition Mountains are spectacular! It surrounds a par 72 golf course at the base of the San Tan Mountains. Enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard room, heated pool, jacuzzi, beautiful library with a fireplace, high-speed Internet, and quiet! Classes are offered in drawing, painting, quilting, bocce ball, swimming, aquacise, and dancing. Sign up for a massage on site. Living at Solera entitles you to use the other facilities located on Johnson Ranch: tennis courts, pools, jacuzzis, etc. Great meals can be had at the Johnson Ranch Golf Club. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Mountain hiking and horseback riding are nearby. Boating and fishing on large lakes in NE area of Phoenix. The communities of Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler are all within 10 minutes of Solera. Phoenix International Airport is about a 40 minute drive.

VACATION RENTAL RATES

High Season: December, January, February, March = $2200/mo
Shoulder Season: October, November, April, May = $1900/mo
Low Season: June, July, August, September = $1500/mo
All utilities are included

Special: 6 months or more, contact owners for rates

The following fees are due at the time of reservation: 50% of rental fee, $500 security deposit
(refundable upon final inspection of rental property), and $150 cleaning fee. 
The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
